What is a Proposal for agreement?
Via a Proposal for agreement, the Dutch Central Government Real Estate Agency announces that it intends to enter into an agreement with a particular party. The Agency does so only if it assumes that there are no other parties who would be interested. Other parties have the opportunity, within a certain period of time, to express their own interest or to submit a motivated objection to this intention, provided that they meet a number of requirements. The specific (procedure) conditions are included on the project page. If no parties come forward or these parties do not meet the requirements, the State will conclude the proposed agreement.
